We call ourselves the 1% Club.

We have transformed our members from ordinary people to real estate investors.

What we actually do is that, we borrow money from banks and lend to our members, so that these members can invest their respective capital in real estate properties.

We equally crowdfund to raise capital and use this capital to collectively buy landed properties.

In 5 to 10 years time, this vibrant community will be worth billions in landed properties.

We are very exclusive, our membership is restricted to only 1000 members.

One good thing about the 1% Club is that all of our members have a source of income, they’re either employed or self-employed. We don’t allow jobless people into our community.

We are all committed to a 20+ year plan of wealth accumulation. Imagine buying a piece of land every month for 20 years. Just imagine how that compounds.

One very exciting aspect about, the 1% Club, is that, we provide our members with access to real estate loan and personal business loan.

Which means we give our members loans to invest in real estate and also give them loans to invest in their own individual and respective businesses.

We call this the community based approach to wealth creation.

This is the same method the Bamileke, Igbo and jews used to create trans-generational wealth.

While most young Cameroonians are wasting their money and future in alcohol and drugs, we spend our time and resources in research, development and expanding our collective real estate dream.

Our biggest vision is to create Cameroon’s first Gated-Community on a 10 hectares of land, like we see in Nigeria, Ghana and other African countries.
