In Cameroon people never talk where their money is coming from, this is because as soon as they show it, everybody now gets into that business or industry and spoil it.
So in Cameroon, you can be making money selling gravels, but you will need to make people know that, you are making money from cutting grass.
When I tell people we are into real estate, they just jump vroop into real estate and start struggling like expired bread.
They don’t know that, we are using a community based approach, that’s why we created the VIP Winnerz Community and secondly, we have a financial institution, that’s why we created Jangi Cooperative Credit Union then we created a real estate Investing Platform 1% Club which enables us to leverage and get loans from other banks in a bid to invest in real estate.
Now, you can copy all that, to have the results we are having or you join us. Period.
Here’s my advice, don’t jump into something, because you see others excelling in it. You don’t know the underground business and the connections that person has.

Develop a high income skill and get a job.
After that, you open a business or become a real estate investor.
